With 15+ years in patient care, I’ve experienced the frustrations of inefficient health tech firsthand. I’m passionate about leveraging my expertise to develop products that enhance workflows, reduce burnout, and improve patient outcomes.

Product Strategy 

Before I became a Product Manager, I spent my career solving real-world problems in healthcare.


In pharmacy, I led operations, streamlined retail workflows, and built systems to reduce errors and improve patient communication. In occupational therapy, I managed complex rehab cases, developed training programs, and introduced protocols that improved outcomes for patients with complex medical needs.

Across each role, I focused on one thing: understanding people’s needs and designing smarter ways to meet them.

That human-centered mindset naturally evolved into product thinking. Long before I had “Product Manager” in my title I saw inefficiencies, asked better questions, and collaborated across departments to implement practical solutions. Now, I apply those same instincts to drive product discovery, define strategy, and build tools that truly support healthcare needs.

I bring to Product Management a rare blend of clinical expertise, systems thinking, and user empathy—built not in theory, but on hospital floors and pharmacy counters where outcomes matter most.
